The World Bee by ClickVerse LLC provides web-based access to try the software before purchasing. For that reason, we limit refunds for web-based purchases to 3 days from the date of your first account setup and access. For download purchases we only offer refunds within 3 days of purchase if and only if you have not authorized your purchase after initial installation.
If you are requesting a refund, please email us as soon as possible at sales@clickverse.com. Provide your purchase confirmation number and contact email. Make sure refund requests are emailed within 3 days from your purchase date to ensure acceptance. If your refund request meets the conditions required we will issue a refund minus any transaction fees (usually $1.00 or less) or other third-party fees (when purchased through third-party websites).
